Art Submission Guide

 

Format

For print orders:

• PDF, JPG or TIFF format only
• min. of 3mm bleed (5mm for large items)
• avoid placing important text or images within 3mm of the edge

• all images 300 DPI or over
• all images in CMYK

We do not accept layered orginal formats such as Quark, Indesign or Photoshop files unless pre-arranged.

We will notify you if artwork is unsuitable and ask you to make corrections before your proof is created. We will gladly explain any artwork problems further if you need help.

 

Submission

You can email files under 8mb to:
enquiries@serenprint.com

To send large files 8mb+, we suggest using a 3rd party file host such as YouSendIt.com or WeTransfer.com.

Be sure to include your order number, name and contact details with any submissions.
