Art Submission Guide

 

Format

For print orders:

• PDF (1.3), JPG or TIFF format only
• min. of 3mm bleed (5mm for exhibition boards, posters or large items)
• avoid placing text or important images within 3mm of the edge
• crop marks
• all images 300 DPI or over
• all images in CMYK

We do not accept Quark, Indesign or Photoshop files unless pre-arranged.

We will notify you if artwork is unsuitable and ask you to make corrections before your proof is created. We will gladly talk you through any artwork problems.

 

Submission

You can email files under 8mb to:
enquiries@serenprint.com

To send large files 8mb+, we suggest using a 3rd party file host such as YouSendIt.com or Uploading.com. These are straight forward to use and will either ask for an email address to send the file to or will give you a download address which you can email to us.

Alternatively, you can send a CD containing your artwork to:

Be sure to include your order number, name and contact details with any CDs or emails.
