Returns / Cancellation Policy

An order can not be cancelled once we have received payment as we begin to process them immediately.

Customised/personalised products made to a consumers specifications cannot be returned after delivery. Distance selling regulations do not apply to such products.

Only faulty products can be returned. If we identity that you are in receipt of faulty products, corrected replacements will be sent and the original products will be picked up by a courier.

Please check your package for damage before signing for it with the courier. Check the contents and refuse to sign if you believe the delivery has damaged/lost products. By refusing to sign for damaged products, the courier will return the package to us for free where it will be replaced.

Privacy Policy

In order to provide the required level of service to you, our customer, we will require some of your personal information. This information is necessary for processing your orders.

The information we collect from you is stored indefinitely and is used for processing transactions, customer service and marketing analysis. It will only be shared with other parties, such as third party printers working on our behalf, our payment gateway providers, if necessary to fulfil your order, investigating a transaction with you or answering a question you raise with us.
